About twittyn
twittyn is a free platform with a simple idea: creating something should be fun and take seconds. We build satisfying “reveal” games that turn your own photos into short vertical videos, plus lightweight creative tools you can use right in the browser.
What we make
Our original games are built around a single, oddly satisfying idea: you upload an image, and the game slowly uncovers it in front of you. In Brick Reveal a wall of bricks is chipped away to expose the picture; in Sand Reveal the image is built up grain by grain from falling sand; in Paint Bot a robot brush paints it in color by color. Every run is framed for 9:16 vertical video and can be recorded directly in the browser, so a finished clip is ready for TikTok, Reels or Shorts in seconds.
Every game on twittyn is made by us and runs on plain HTML5 and the Canvas API — no engines, no third-party games, and nothing to install. You can browse them all on the games page.
Why “satisfying” matters
Short-form video thrives on moments that are calm, rhythmic and complete — the same qualities that make a game feel satisfying to watch. We lean into that on purpose. Our reveal games are tuned to run for roughly a minute, build to a clear payoff (your image, fully uncovered), and look good whether you are playing them or watching them back.
Everything runs in your browser
There is nothing to install and no account needed to play. Games run on plain HTML5 and the Canvas/WebGL APIs, and recording uses your browser's built-in capture — your images stay on your device unless you choose to connect a social account and share a clip. You can read exactly what we store, and what we don't, in our Privacy Policy.
How we keep the lights on
twittyn is free. To cover hosting and development we show a limited amount of advertising and use privacy-respecting analytics, always behind a consent banner that you control (see “Cookie Settings” in the footer of any page). We do not sell personal data.
